Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Clubble account and the personal data linked to it. It applies to the Clubble app and the website clubble.ae, both operated by Clubble LLC, licensed in Sharjah Media City.

How to request account deletion

Email is the simplest way and it works whether or not you still have the app installed.

  1. Email privacy@clubble.ae from the email address linked to your Clubble account.
  2. Put Delete my account in the subject line.
  3. Include your account name and the email or phone number registered to the account, so we can find it.
  4. We reply within 3 business days and may send a one time code to your registered email or phone to confirm the request is really yours.
  5. Once confirmed, we delete your account and its associated personal data within 15 business days.

In the app. If you have the Clubble app installed, open Settings and use the Privacy Request option to submit the same deletion request.

What we keep and for how long

We keep only what the law requires or what we need to defend legal claims. Where we keep anything, we keep the minimum and anonymise it where possible.

Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Any billing records held by the app stores are governed by their own policies, not by Clubble.

Delete only part of your data
